Available templates

Two templates are published today, and each new one is added to this list when it is finished and tested.

• Landed cost calculator (Excel template) — adds every import cost across nine sections and returns landed cost per unit, net margin and the break-even selling price for a single SKU.
• Proforma invoice template (Excel) — a quotation in invoice format, with Incoterms 2020 and currency dropdowns, twelve goods lines, and automatic deposit and balance amounts.

The two work together: quote the buyer with the proforma invoice, and cost the purchase with the landed cost calculator before you agree a price.

Why these templates have no signup

An email gate adds friction without improving the file, so there is not one here. Downloads are static files served straight from this site, with no redirect page, no tracking interstitial, and no newsletter prompt.

What this site does not do
